Bio

Devon enters her third season as part of the Nighthawks Mental Performance department. She was the first-ever mental performance coach on staff in NECBL history when she joined the team in 2024.

Devon worked with the Arizona Diamondbacks for the spring of 2025, and previously worked with the Orleans Firebirds of the Cape Cod Baseball League in 2023 before spear-heading the Upper Valley program.
