The People Behind The 2025 NECBL All Star Game, produced by Caitlin Beal. The Upper Valley Nighthawks hosted the NECBL All Star Game for the first time in program history this year, but a lot more went into hosting than people might think. As assistant director of broadcasting, I wanted to highlight all the people who made this day possible -- from analytics, to game day, to creative, to management, to broadcast -- the list goes on. Upper Valley assembled the largest staff in the league of 28 interns and 34 people on the overall staff this year. I had the privilege of directing the intern softball game, the homerun derby, and the first three innings of the game, which was our biggest broadcast of the season in terms of reach, staff, production, and sheer number of cameras. Here's a non-exhaustive list of people who made this day possible: Noah Crane, Matt Wright, Jacob Anes, Jack Hinckley, Phoebe Winters, PJ Moynihan, Brendan Bowlin, Ian Marks, Jacobi Marotti, Nick Griffin, Grace Calandrella, Noah Arsenault, Margot Oxman, Faith Capolupo, David Hammel, Elijah Ryan, Phoenix Kasinskas, Will Shepard, Hayden Orenstein.
